Good morning ✦
Your visual board for tracking every piece of content from first idea to published. Move cards through the stages as you work.
- Idea stage: dump anything here - half-formed thoughts count. Just get it out of your head.
- In Progress: move it here when you've started writing, designing, or recording.
- Ready to Post: caption written, graphic done, hashtags ready - waiting to go live.
- Published: move it here once it's live so you can see your output at a glance.
- Tip: add format (Carousel, Newsletter, Freebie, Event) so you can see content variety at a glance.
A simple three-column board for your to-do list. Separate from the Content Planner - use this for business tasks, admin, client work, anything you need to act on.
- To Do: everything you need to do. Add freely - you can prioritize later.
- In Progress: what you're actively working on right now. Try to keep this list short.
- Done: move it here when complete. Seeing things in Done feels good - let it motivate you.
- Tip: start each week by reviewing To Do and picking 3 things that will actually move the needle.
Your monthly publishing map. Click any day to add a content entry - you'll see colored dots on the calendar showing what's planned.
- Use it for: mapping out when specific content goes live, not for writing the content itself.
- Statuses: Idea → Draft → Scheduled → Published. Update as you move through your workflow.
- Tip: aim to have next week planned by Friday. Even placeholder entries help you stay on track.
- Color dots: each platform gets its own color so you can see balance at a glance - are you posting on all your platforms?
Your AI writing partner, powered by the Studio. Give it a topic and it generates a full draft in your voice - no more staring at a blank page.
- Business Context matters most: the more you fill in Settings → Business Context, the more on-brand every draft will be.
- Give it a specific brief: instead of "write a caption about my business," try "write a caption about why wellness entrepreneurs burn out when they don't delegate - warm tone, end with a DM CTA."
- Save your drafts: hit Save Draft to add it to your library. You can always come back and copy or reference it later.
- Use Hooks first: grab a hook from the Hooks library, drop it into the brief, and use the Studio to build from it.
Pre-written opening lines designed to stop the scroll. Filter by type and copy directly into your content or into the Writing Studio as a starting point.
- Educational hooks: best for carousels, blog posts, and reels that teach something.
- Engagement hooks: great for posts where you want comments, shares, or saves.
- Storytelling hooks: use these when you're sharing a personal experience or client story.
- Add your own: when you write a hook that performs well, save it here so you can reuse and riff on it.
Three libraries of ready-to-copy content pieces. Prompts are for the Studio, CTAs go at the end of your content, Story Ideas are for Instagram Stories.
- Prompts: copy a prompt and paste it into the Writing Studio, fill in the brackets with your specifics.
- CTAs: always end your content with a clear call to action - pick one that matches your goal for that post (engagement, sales, or growth).
- Story Ideas: use these when you open Instagram and have no idea what to post - they're designed to be quick and authentic.
- Favorite: hit the heart on anything you love so you can find it again fast.
Unlimited notebooks for anything that doesn't fit neatly anywhere else. Thoughts, ideas, client notes, inspiration, lists - no wrong way to use it.
- Suggested notebooks: Content Ideas Parking Lot, Client Notes, Weekly Reflection, Inspiration & Research, Business Planning.
- Brain dump freely: when your brain is busy, just open a note and type. Don't edit, don't organize - just get it out. You can sort it later.
- Content Parking Lot: ideas that aren't ready for the Content Planner yet. Keep them here until you have bandwidth.
- Tip: review your Brain Dump notebooks weekly during your planning session - that's when you move things to the Planner.

Brand Profile
These fields are automatically woven into every AI generation - no copy-pasting needed. The more specific you are, the more on-brand every draft will be. Fill this out once and the Studio will always write as you.
Onboarding & Welcome Guide
Re-open the welcome guide that shows on first login - useful if you want to revisit the overview of each section.
Export & Import
Download a backup of all your drafts, notes, ideas, tasks, and calendar entries as a JSON file. You can re-import it at any time to restore your content. Use this regularly as your safety net.
Import merges a backup file back into your account — it adds to your existing content, it does not replace it.
